Desjardins Global Asset Management
Desjardins Global Asset Management (DGAM) manages assets chiefly from the equity of insurance subsidiaries as well as management mandates from other Desjardins Group components. The firm's clients include life, health and insurance companies, pension funds, foundations and trust companies.
A necessary condition to achieve added value in the portfolio management process is diversity of experience and a focus on specialised expertise. Prudent management of the fixed income portfolio is fundamentally consistent with the intrinsic role of fixed income assets in a diversified portfolio. With a long-term horizon and a controlled risk environment, a structured approach will give our clients the ability to achieve their objectives through superior fixed income performance.
